Four capabilities. One engagement, not four vendors.
Everything below sits under a single relationship — you're not stitching together separate AI, transformation and web vendors. Here's what each capability actually involves.
← Back to overviewAI strategy & advisory
01 / SERVICESWe start by finding out what AI is actually worth to your business — not what it could theoretically do.
Most AI advisory starts with the technology and works backwards to a use case. We do the opposite: we look at how the business actually runs — where time gets lost, where decisions get made on incomplete information, where the same work gets redone by hand — and only then work out which parts of that are worth automating or augmenting.
The output is a prioritised roadmap, not a slide deck of possibilities. Each item is tied to a measurable outcome and ranked by effort versus return, so you know what to do first and what to leave alone.
This can run as a standalone advisory engagement, or as the first phase of a deployment — either way, you get a plan you could hand to any team, not one that only makes sense with us in the room.
AI solutions: deploy & manage
02 / SERVICESWe build the thing, put it into production, and keep it running — delivery doesn't stop at handover.
Workflow automation, customer-facing tools, document and data handling — we build directly into your existing systems rather than bolting on a separate app nobody adopts. The measure of success is usage, not a demo.
Once it's live, we stay on as the team responsible for it: monitoring, fixing what breaks, and extending it as the business changes. Most AI tooling degrades quietly once the original vendor moves on to the next project — we don't hand it off and disappear.
Every agent we install is built GDPR-compliant from the outset — what data it touches, how long it's kept, and who it's shared with is reviewed before anything goes live, not bolted on afterward.
This runs as an ongoing service with a defined scope, reviewed regularly — not a fixed-price build with no plan for what happens after week one.
Business transformation
03 / SERVICESProject management, operational restructuring, or full business management — how deep we get involved depends on the situation.
Technology is rarely the actual constraint; how the business is structured around it usually is. This capability covers everything from taking ownership of a single defined project through to running parts of the business directly.
The three engagement models are set out in full, with what each one actually involves, on the Engagement page.

04 / SERVICESThe web presence gets built and kept in step with the business — not shipped once and left to rot.
We design and build the site itself, then keep maintaining it: content changes, new pages, performance and security upkeep, as the business itself changes shape. A site that goes eighteen months without a real update is working against you, not for you.
This runs standalone, or as the visible layer of a wider transformation engagement — either way it's treated as infrastructure, not a one-off project.
